sponsored

PA Council on the Arts announced its 2007 grant recipients recently. Here’s the 5-county local listing of who won. All told, sixty-eight artists from 22 counties in Pennsylvania got individual artist grants in these categories: Arts Commentary – Perspectives on the Arts; Crafts; Folk & Traditional Arts – Craft Traditions and Apprenticeships; Literature – Fiction or Creative Non-Fiction; Media Arts – Narrative and Animation; Music – Jazz/Blues/World or Non-Classical Composition; Theatre – New Performance Forms; and Visual Arts – Photography or Sculpture/Installation.

Congratulations, all! You’ll notice many artblog favorites on the list, although sadly you won’t notice artblog on the list. Here’s the PA Council site where you can download the entire list which, for some reason, is only available in download.
