Hi Roberta, I went to the first of the Pecha Kucha series as well and blogged about it for Time Out NY. Pecha Kucha is a fantastic forum to stimulate conversation, and to get artists away from their studios and computers.

This just in from artblog buddy, artist and poet Ditta Baron Hoeber:

Yo Roberta and Libby. If you check the entire schedule you will see that on May 7 -- Julian (Hoeber), who also has work in the Rothschild Foundation collection, was one of the lunchtime presenters. We went up to NY to hear him. Of course we were thrilled to see Julian at the podium at MOMA but we found all the artists and the art interesting and engaging. Pecha Kucha puts a lot of pressure on the artists (they all said it was difficult!) to achieve concision but the result was quite rewarding. Thought you'd like to know. Ditta.
