I am on the committee for FiberPhiladelphia 2012. It would be wonderful if your blog could mention this event. Would you like me to send you information about FiberPhiladelphia 21012, and if so, how far in advance would you like it?

Hi! Congratulations to a great blog! I just discovered it today while googling for art blogs!

I think it is such a shame that there are so many prejudices about contemporary art. I am currently working in Puebla, Mexico doing workshops in an exhibition with contemporary and conceptual art. Working with teenagers in the exhibition is much easier than with adults sometimes, because they have no prejudices at all, they just talk about what they see and what they feel in the exhibition, without having this "fear" of saying the wrong thing as adults sometimes have...

I agree, we really need a more art-friendly climate! For me art is such an amazing way to express life, feelings, ourselves, and I wish more people would discover that too!!
I liked your video by the way!

Greetings from Mexico!
