Hitler stays for Thanksgiving

I got a note recently from Pageant Gallery‘s Daniel Dalseth saying that local sculptor and Penn faculty Terry Adkins‘ exhibition, originally scheduled for November, had been postponed until the spring. So, put your anticipation for that on ice. Meanwhile, Aldert Mantje‘s Hitler the forlorn exhibit, The Otherwise Peaceful Island, will remain up at Pageant through Thanksgiving weekend, so get on over if you haven’t seen it. (See post) for more. In December, works by the Egyptian sculptor (and recent Penn MFA) Hamdi Attia will open at the gallery.
