Hundreds of artists from all walks of life will converge on park adjacent to Fleisher Arts Memorial for a loud, colorful rally to get out the vote for Mayoral candidate Michael Nutter and endorse his commitment to reinstitute a city Arts Office. Philadelphia is the only major US city without an arts office.
