The 3:00 Book

A 5-panel, black and white comic titled 3:00, or three o’clock shows two women art workers walking a picket line at the Philadelphia Museum of Art and talking about collecting art and implying how Leslie Anne Miller , Chair of the Board of the PMA collects art to show it off as a “Main Line matron of means showing off her collection” in a book.
