A four-panel, black-and-white comic, titled 3:00, meaning three o’clock in the afternoon, shows two women sitting on a park bench in winter looking at their cellphones and talking about the TikTok trend of “core core” which is to post video montages of unrelated material to show alienation and consumerism hand in hand. A touch of red in the bottom right panel shows one character’s consumerist tendencies of buying red boots.
