Fischl lecture update

For all of you interested in seeing Eric Fischl‘s Locks Distinguished Arist lecture this week Tuesday at the Annenberg Center on the University of Pennsylvania campus, here’s breaking news.

Jane Irish, who is the administrator for the lecture series, emailed to say that Fischl’s lecture — originally scheduled for a small room in Annenberg — has been moved instead to the big auditorium to accomodate everyone who wants to attend. Here’s my original post on the lecture.

Call 215-898-3900, go to the Annenberg Box Office, 3680 Walnut St, or go online to get a ticket. NOTE: OPEN SEATING NOW AVAILABLE DAY OF EVENT! No ticket necessary to be seated.

Eric Fischl: “The Death of Painting From Van Gogh to Chris Burden”
Tues., April 11, 6pm. Free. Annenberg Center for the Performing Arts, 3680 Walnut St. 215.898.3900.
