Money talk–NEA distributes some dollars

The National Endowment for the Arts just announced its 2010 grants in the Access/Challenge/Literature categories.  Pennsylvania institutions received 70 grants for a total amount of $1,354,500.  On another NEA note, the agency is releasing its report today on participation in the arts–down recently according to the data.
